Jim Delia

Jim is an organizational consultant, trainer, facilitator and entrepreneur. He is married and is the father of two college-aged children. He is an active volunteer for a number of Bay Area service organizations and is an avid sailor on San Francisco Bay. Jim is currently writing a book for new supervisors and managers.
